I'm not sure we would have survived without their help. The folks you do business with on a daily basis are GREAT! I personally can't say enough about Crystal, Tara and Heather! When the bank we did business with began to flounder and sold out to a non-business oriented establishment and we had nowhere to go....Universal appeared out of nowhere. I'd recommend them to anyone!

GBMil-Spec Magnetics, Inc. We have been Factoring with UFC since May, 2017and to date service has been excellent. Working with Charlena Cozza has been wonderful. She is very pleasant and responds to our drawdown requests very quickly. There has never been any negative issues at all. She was helpful in getting us the help we needed to understand how everything worked with the reports available.
