She is very pleasant and responds to our drawdown requests very quickly. There has never been any negative issues at all. Universal simply saved our Companies life...period...dot! We had a rocky start - but since then, the service, help, guidance has been invaluable steering us through the Recession and forward. I'm not sure we would have survived without their help. The folks you do business with on a daily basis are GREAT! I personally can't say enough about Crystal, Tara and Heather! When the bank we did business with began to flounder and sold out to a non-business oriented establishment and we had nowhere to go....Universal appeared out of nowhere. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Universal Funding is excellent and they help you in a lot of ways i would recommend them highly when things are tight and you need to be funded right away and cant wait for 20 or 30 days then Universal funding will get you funded every day when you send them invoices this way you can use your funds the same day and it also helps to grow your business also the great thing is it puts some of your funding into a reserves account and when it builds up you can ask for some of your reserves and that is really nice, Also the people at Universal funding are excellent in customer service i really appreciate them.
