Great first refi experience!!!! Purchased a used truck from my local dealership, despite good credit score, got hit with high interest rate. Worked with Kai from gravity lending and he helped me out by getting me a much better interest rate. Awesome guy, turns out he is a veteran as well, awesome to work with and definitely took care of me. He helped me outnthrough my first refinancing experience. No nonsense and 100% honest and straight up with what options were better fit for what I was looking for. Great experience!!! 10/10

Amazing Auto Refinance Partner! Lori Croft at Gravity Lending did such great work for us and even helped us understand how to be prepared for our vehicle purchase and our refinance. She and her team found the best rate for our new truck and helped us get an amazing full service plan and GAP insurance as well. There was even some price savings on the monthly payment! Lori was in constant communication with us via our preferred method, sent over agreements promptly, and took time to explain everything to us before we agreed to the refinance. For our next vehicle, we will definitely be using these guys again.

Great experience! I worked with Jesse Barron on refinancing my vehicle and could not have been happier with the experience. He was extremely patient with trying to find the best option based on rate, first payment due date, and any additional perks like GAP and third-party warranties. We spoke numerous times throughout the process and he did not oversell me on the first option despite it being the best one after all was said and done. I appreciate him letting me draw my own conclusions and being there when I was ready to finally pull the trigger. In sum, the rate they found was the best I was offered across multiple platforms and the service was fantastic all the way to closing. 100% would recommend!

Good first-time experience with auto refinance Being the first time I've done a refinance on a car, I didn't really know where to turn to. Nerdwallet recommended Gravity Lending as one of the best brokers to do a refinance with and, after treading carefully and crunching some numbers, their proposal made sense to me. It also helped that the loan officer assigned to me, Itzel, was courteous and down to earth and interested in servicing my account. I would definitely look forward to another business interaction in the future.
