Good first-time experience with auto refinance Being the first time I've done a refinance on a car, I didn't really know where to turn to. Nerdwallet recommended Gravity Lending as one of the best brokers to do a refinance with and, after treading carefully and crunching some numbers, their proposal made sense to me. It also helped that the loan officer assigned to me, Itzel, was courteous and down to earth and interested in servicing my account. I would definitely look forward to another business interaction in the future.

He was extremely patient with trying to find the best option based on rate, first payment due date, and any additional perks like GAP and third-party warranties. We spoke numerous times throughout the process and he did not oversell me on the first option despite it being the best one after all was said and done. I appreciate him letting me draw my own conclusions and being there when I was ready to finally pull the trigger.
