Overall it's just a prepaid credit… Overall it's just a prepaid credit card. it doesn't actually add any value to my life. it's not even useful as a credit card itself as in that it provides no other function than to give you money or to give other people money. It has no reflection on credit history, it's insecure, and it's overall utility is no better than a bank card. If anything it's utility is worse as in extra provided services are less than par even for a bank. Honestly I don't know why anyone waste their time on this unless product.

Please loose my email because they have that it won't let me un subscribe. I will find a way to have these emails turned over to the proper authorities

FOR SOME REASON THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE $25 OVERDRAFT FEE OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN IF YOU HAVENT BORROWED ANY MONEY FROM THEM. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE STOLEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. THE LAST 2 TIMES IVE GOTTEN PAID THEYVE STOLEN $25 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON. Horrible company Horrible company! I’ve used cash app for years but unfortunately I’m done with them. For whatever reason over the past year their customer service is terrible and they hold money longer. 4/11/24 UPDATE: These people are truly a joke. I never write reviews EVER and I’m only updating to inform people they need to go elsewhere. There is no management to speak with when problems aren’t resolved. DO NOT EVER DEPOSIT A MOBILE CHECK because it can be weeks before they release funds.

A merchant charged my card for no… A merchant charged my card for no services. They said they would give me the refund. Cash app then closed my account stating I didn't have proof but did. Now I lost out of $214
