My brother sent me $600 and when I went… My brother sent me $600 and when I went to deposit it into my account. It would not accept it because I had my old bank account number so it ended up. Freezing the $600. This was over 1 week ago. I've contacted them repeatedly and told them to send the money back to my brother or release the freeze. And they keep telling me that a specialist is going to contact me like I said, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. It is like they just stole my money.

They allowed “meta support” to use an app called Zoho to hack into my account and steal $803 even though I have a passcode on my account! They bypassed the code with 0000! DO NOT USE OR TRUST CASH APP! I have contacted support several times and have gotten nothing resolved!

DELETED MY CASH APP USING ZELLE I am officially done and deleted my account with Cash App. I received a printout of my Cash App account after two non authorized payments was made. The same day after I put a freeze on my bank account it shows numerous attempts to withdraw more money. With this information Cash App still determined it was me SMH. I would suggest no one use cash app because the system is note safe from hackers and there customer service sucks. Cash App don't care about the issues you have with them. Zelle is what I will be using.
