GBIt has been a very frustrating experience. It has been a very frustrating experience inheriting ServBank as a mortgage lender. The calculations on my Escrow account are missing the prior numbers for their analysis. They need to have my prior Property Tax and Home Insurance numbers in order to be accurate. Without these numbers, it shows a significant shortage and my mortgage increases 64%, when nothing has changed with my mortgage. My insurance down $1,127, and my property taxes went up $60 for the year. If anything, my mortgage should be going down, not up.

GBNot as stressful as I thought It took me 2 days to build up the courage to call because of an issue I was having. Luz was the lady that assisted me and I am so thankful. She helped me understand the options I had and honestly it felt like she really cares. My home is everything to me. I am single with no children so my house is the number one priority in my life. I feel so much better about my situation and I'm so thankful to have my mortgage at Servbank.
