The calculations on my Escrow account are missing the prior numbers for their analysis. They need to have my prior Property Tax and Home Insurance numbers in order to be accurate. Without these numbers, it shows a significant shortage and my mortgage increases 64%, when nothing has changed with my mortgage. My insurance down $1,127, and my property taxes went up $60 for the year. If anything, my mortgage should be going down, not up.

biweekly I wanted to set it up so we made biweekly payments, but in order to do that you had to make a whole extra payment. Why an extra payment is needed to set up bi weekly payments if I'm already up to date on my payments is ridiculous.

I’ve always paid online Mario from Serv bank reached out and was kind and courteous and helpful. He explained that Serv bank will report to the credit unions that my account was paid as agreed and I will not have a negative mark on my credit / negative impact. I appreciated this very much.
