The easy way to send money! Every month I sent money to my parents in Colombia and Ria makes my life easier because I just login into the account from home and the money goes automatically. Thanks ria.

Reliable in all aspects... Iv been using ria for a year now n I can't think of any other money transfer that are reliable n I can trust.. Iv had a couple of hiccups but the customer service are very understanding n are very quick to reassure that it will get sorted on the day.. The fees are very low ,its also very helpful cos instead of paying a lot on fees at least it can just be added on the money im sending for my family in need.. The only thing is that if u go to one of the branches instead of online ,the fees quadrupled recently n I dont understand why tho.. But overall I love using Ria ...very reliable n trustworthy...its all I cud say ... Thank you,for being very reliable,honest n trustworthy... It'll be nice if Ria can have some kind of reward card, for people that uses ria often to send money..something that can either help the sender n reciever.. Thank you ,for being so wonderful to customers like me..

Being very Honest Being very, very honest. All along, i have been receptive since i register. i trusted Ria base on truth in transaction so far and going to the store. in did you have proved you are trust worthy to me and will recomend to all my family and friends.

System loses data Although send money regularly, the last few times I have to set the same person as a new payee in order for the transfer to go through. I did call about this and was told, sometimes system loses the data but to set them up as a new payee. Thought it was a one off but had to do this several times now .

I’m really really disappointed &… I’m really really disappointed & disgusted with Ria money transfer service today for so many reasons. First they charged my bank twice without my authorisation and didn’t make any payment to the recipient on the other side Then they put me in the phone line queue for hours and didn’t answer at the end Very very disgusting will never use them again
