System loses data Although send money regularly, the last few times I have to set the same person as a new payee in order for the transfer to go through. I did call about this and was told, sometimes system loses the data but to set them up as a new payee. Thought it was a one off but had to do this several times now .

Advertised rate not honoured Cash pickup and Bank Deposit rate differ. Sent via both options. On last payment, option selected was Bank Deposit and transaction completed as such, however the rate provided was that of Cash Pickup. Tried calling Customer Service, waited in queue starting at position 14, after waiting 1 hour and 1 min the call was dropped !!!!!!! Waste of time and very disappointed ! Update 17:29hrs Thank you for your reply and agreeing to look into this complaint. It would seem that the correct rate was applied in the end, despite the transaction showing the incorrect rate throughout the process of completing the form. It would seem that there is a bug in the online web form.

It's very simple, I am using it for 6-7 years now and I never had a single issue with any transaction. Their charges are minimum, very fast, always give competitive rates.
