Please, heed this warning and avoid this bank at all costs! We had over $75,000 in our account with them, and without any prior notice or valid explanation, they abruptly closed our account. 🤯 But that's not even the worst part! Despite their claims of sending us a check for the remaining balance, we NEVER received it. 📉💸 What's more frustrating is their complete lack of accountability and customer service. There are NO live representatives to speak with, and they refuse to provide us with a tracking number or any means to resend the check. 😤 We've been left in the dark, scrambling to recover our hard-earned money. This is utterly unacceptable! Now, we're forced to take legal action and hire an attorney to resolve this nightmare. 🚨👨‍⚖️ Please, learn from our unfortunate experience and avoid NOVO like the plague. Great Online Business Bank! My favorite for online business banking so far. The only knock I have against them is low limits, as we expect to make a high volume of payments in the future to our 1099 contractors.

I love this business bank! I love this bank because it doesn’t charge me fees when I travel, it has built in apps/features that I like, I love the design of their dashboard because it makes it easy for me to do and understand banking, and they even gave me a loan not too long ago. I have recommended to several people and will continue to do so.

A great solution for a small online… A great solution for a small online business. No hidden fees and they do what they say they will do. One star off because when logging in using the browser, you have to get the authentication code via text, email doesn't work even though it's listed as an option.
