I am tremendously disappointed in the… I am tremendously disappointed in the service from Circle CPA. I had high hopes as a first time customer to make them my regular CPA but they failed me in the final hours. While the taxes were fully completed correctly over a week prior to the 2021 Tax Filing Deadline, they failed to submit the e-filing, in spite of my continued messages regarding my concern for why it had yet to be submitted. It simply made no sense and ultimately for my own reassurance I summited my own taxed on 4/18/22 at 10:00pm. This is completely unacceptable and has guaranteed I will not be using their services in the future. Sigh.

Terrible communication after my first… Terrible communication after my first year using them and ultimately did not complete my return fast enough to not file an extension, even after the deadline was extended to May. They give you no idea when you can expect them to complete your return or where you are in the queue and then take on too many clients and don't do the work, leaving you scrambling to get it done. Just a bad experience.
