Don't bother if you expect to receive your returns in a timely fashion This was my first and probably last time I'll use Circle CPA. I filed in March and I still haven't received my return yet. They keep pulling my leg and saying they'll complete it on May 17 but then tell me they have to file an extension because Bradford couldn't meet the deadline. Then I was told that I should hear from him in July but I still haven't heard anything from him at all. I just emailed them again and now they're giving an excuse saying that Catherine, his wife who runs their business, is on maternity leave until August. It shouldn't take this long to file my taxes and no explanation was given as to why they're going at a snail's pace. At this point I don't know if I'll ever see my return, I hope I don't get audited by the IRS.

The document upload process was easy… The document upload process was easy and secure, and response time was excellent (especially considering how busy CPAs get during tax season). I was quite pleased with my refund as well. I'll definitely be using Circle CPA next year.

Circle CPA is absolutely outstanding Circle CPA is an absolutely outstanding service. I heard of them through the Part of The Problem podcast a figured it would give it a shot. If you follow their instructions and read everything they send you it really can't be easier to get your taxes done. I will use this every year for as long as I can.
