TaxSlayer is easy to use TaxSlayer is easy to use. It guides me on every step with explanations to each step which I like a lot. It also has a chat feature to ask questions directly with a TaxSlayer professional should I have additional questions. I also like the fact that I can pull my competed tax form for each year file during the year if I need it. I have been using it for 3 years now. I plan on using it for all my tax filings if it continues to be available.

Glad I Found TaxSlayer Glad I Found TaxSlayer! I wasn't confident as the software was leading me through entering my information, but when I saw the results I was totally impressed. A much more through job than I'm capable of. Money well spent.

Great experience but my federal was… Great experience but my federal was rejected because I had the wrong box checked. Also when it came to correcting the issue, it was hard to find where the issue was even though it told me what section it was. It would have helped if the error was red and the Fix error should have taken me straight to it. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

Solid tax filing software at a reasonable cost I found TaxSlayer’s online tax filing software to be straightforward and useful. It picked up several of my errors, saving me trouble down the road. I had 2 questions which were responded to within 24 hours over the weekend. The cost was quite reasonable.

Prompted steps are easy to follow It was easy and felt comprehensive to go through the steps this year. I remember it being more difficult last year but the process has either been improved or I simply found it easier to follow this time. My one issue is that I wanted to double check the amounts I had put in for my state taxes and I didn't find an easy way to go back to do that.
