I'd give a 4.9 stars if I could. 5.0 stars for value. RemoteBooksOnline gets our bookkeeping data entry done well every month. They are a great value. 4.8 stars for accuracy. They have a good process for asking for categorization clarifications and then learning from those for future transactions. However, sometimes things fall through the cracks and have to get recategorized later when I review month-end statements. However, that's quick and easy to do. Thus RemoteBooksOnline is a HUGE timesaver and great value for our business... 4.9 stars.

Books are Completed, but many details are missed I hired RBO to help with the book keeping for my small business.
