Yearly reviews allow for any corrections. Interfaces with Quickbooks online, for that I'm in control of reports needed, changes to be made, etc. I highly recommend them.

Being proactive and reconciling all data ahead of tax deadlines There were a few hiccups in the first few weeks of onboarding, but since then the team has been on their top game. Chris (sales account manager), Kalyan(customer success) and Nagesh(book-keeper) have been great to work with. They now handle books for two of my companies. I'd give a 4.9 stars if I could. 5.0 stars for value. RemoteBooksOnline gets our bookkeeping data entry done well every month. They are a great value. 4.8 stars for accuracy. They have a good process for asking for categorization clarifications and then learning from those for future transactions. However, sometimes things fall through the cracks and have to get recategorized later when I review month-end statements. However, that's quick and easy to do. Thus RemoteBooksOnline is a HUGE timesaver and great value for our business... 4.9 stars.

Remote Books Online makes accounting… Remote Books Online makes accounting very easy for my real estate investment business. They review my bank statements. Send emails to ask for clarifications, and we meet a few times a year to go over everything. I get a statement at the end of the year for my two different LLCs and I'm able to pass that along to my CPA. The process is smooth. I appreciate the work they do!
