Scam artist My dog Daise had a lot of blood in her urine she was in pain and we took her to emergency they did a bunch of tests and it cost $2,000 the vet said good thing you brought her in it was 11pm I submitted the claim to Pawp and their r own vet said good thing we took her in when she saw how much blood was in her urine. Pawp declined my claim saying it is outside their policy. What a joke been paying premiums for over 3 years and this is what they do Look elsewhere for emergency pet insurance. Update I have tried reaching out to support but no answers, They do not have a phone number that works either. I do plan on filing a report to the AG and BBB.

I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because… I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because Pawp denied refund, Their reasoning: I did not bring my 13 year-old beagle to see the vet soon enough. My dog was throwing up couple of times, starting around 10 days before he died. After 10 days we thought that has to be something serious and brought him to the vet. They found a mass obstructing the intestines… Likely cancer. Not sure it would help to bring him to the vet 10 days earlier, given the symptoms.

Good help from caring professionals So far, we've only used Pawp as a step to help decide whether to take our pet to the vet first or try home remedies first. The professionals I have "talked" to ask clarifying questions and give some education on the condition and/or what might be causing it. So far, I've been able to avoid two costly trips to the vet's office.

I appreciate the Live Chat I appreciate the Live Chat; being able to receive almost instant advice on how to care for my pet is great. I appreciate the vet that helped me during the chat; I received plenty of advice and information simply by answering questions that the vet asked. Even further to ask if I still have more concerns. The only slight issue I encountered was not being notified when I closed my phone as I was "next in line" for the vet.

Wonderful supportive service Wonderful supportive service. I did the emergency fund. I used it today, and even though it's a one and done it's given me peace of mind. My elderly cat is upon the Rainbow bridge but this really helped.
