GBAvailable for In-store pickup then was shipped??? I was told the item was available for in-store pickup when I placed the order, and 5 hours later was told the item shipped. I didn't even provide an address for the item to be shipped to because during purchase I was told I'd be able to pick it up at the store. False advertisement; don't take my money if you don't have the item available for sale.

It looks like the 70th anniversary strat in amethyst is back in stock. Hopefully my order goes through today. appreciate the in-store support!

GBPerson I dealt with was very attentive… Person I dealt with was very attentive and had a great personality. The only thing is the store unfortunately is understaffed. Many people waiting for service and only 2 staff. Each transaction takes a bit of time and all of the transactions are not quickly processed.

GBIt’s been almost 2 hours and my order… It’s been almost 2 hours and my order for in store pickup hasn’t been processed. I physically came into the store today and was told it’s going to take a few hours for them to process the order for the items they have in stock

GBI didn't order this and will be… I didn't order this and will be requesting a charge back. You guys signed me up for lessons and then never baked to schedule any of them. I didn't show up to any lessons so IDK why you would charge me for another month.
