Purchasing my lap steel guitar The person who assisted me was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I am a blind person, so I needed assistance from my wife to get the product numbers for the items I ordered. He was very patient while we provided the information.

I wanted to purchase from store... I wanted to purchase from store... NOT have a sales clerk fill out an online order ... I could have done that myself and not driven to the store ... not cool ... and just didn't feel comfortable ... going to have store ship to my house, as I won't be back

A confirmed order canceled not by me. My original order (Order Number: GCSF0002550925) was confirmed on April 20th by e-mail. Today I get a phone call saying that the order of the mahogany D-15 was canceled. I did not cancel it. Can you tell me how a confirmed order gets canceled by someone other than me? On top of that no one can tell me how it got canceled. I would like to know what happened and/or how this happened! I was in contact with Gear Adviser Paul after I was informed that my order was canceled, and he bent over backward to make it right. He is the only reason that I reordered a different guitar from Guitar Center. Needless to say I was upset! I hope the guitar that I reordered is satisfying.

I didn't order this and will be… I didn't order this and will be requesting a charge back. You guys signed me up for lessons and then never baked to schedule any of them. I didn't show up to any lessons so IDK why you would charge me for another month.

It’s been almost 2 hours and my order… It’s been almost 2 hours and my order for in store pickup hasn’t been processed. I physically came into the store today and was told it’s going to take a few hours for them to process the order for the items they have in stock
