GBAvoid them!! Ordered an item from their website on Saturday, they sent email next day saying it's shipped. At this point my credit card was charged. After several days there weren't any movement on the tracking number so I contacted them to inquire. At first they said it's shipped, after I followed up again they finally admitted it wasn't shipped and is out of stock. When I said I should've been notified and asked for when they actually plan to ship it, this is their response: "We run out of products occasionally and you were just notified. I apologize but this seems like a real problem, so we'll go ahead and cancel your order"
