Horrible Seller of Audio Equipment on Ebay Reverb and via their site. I regrettfully purchased from ebay seller Scitscat on ebay and the item arrived broken. Their solution was to lie and cheat the system. Their business model is very unprofessional. Customer care is non existent. Steer clear of this seedy business based out of Miami Florida. They go by Scit Scat Music on both ebay and Reverb.com

No customer service I ordered some software from them. The next day they replied, asking for my email for a download (even though I was charged a shipping fee??). I responded with my email. I didn't hear back the next day so I messaged them back. Repeat 5 days of messaging them, no word. I tried calling and no one picks up. They are non responsive and have been ignoring me. Would definitely not do business with them again!

Avoid them!! Ordered an item from their website on Saturday, they sent email next day saying it's shipped. At this point my credit card was charged. After several days there weren't any movement on the tracking number so I contacted them to inquire. At first they said it's shipped, after I followed up again they finally admitted it wasn't shipped and is out of stock. When I said I should've been notified and asked for when they actually plan to ship it, this is their response: "We run out of products occasionally and you were just notified. I apologize but this seems like a real problem, so we'll go ahead and cancel your order"
