GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, processed a single payment through them and was flagged immediately. They said they would hold my funds for 120 days and be closing my account. Was told that they wouldn't tell me why. Absolute garbage of a service and it has me looking a other banking options than chase for my business account. Glad I found out early before I actually used them more.

GBScam!!!!! Scam!!!!!! They will hold your funds and they do not care that they are putting your business in danger!!!! I spoke to customer service before signing my restaurant and lounge up when my POS system temporarily went down. They reassured me that if I go above $15k in one day that they wouldn't hold my funds beyond one week. I didn't go over the daily limit. But after a weekend of sales they decided to hold $12k for 120 days. There's no one to speak to over the phone. They only correspond via email and they take days to respond. I have no definitive answer to when I will receive my funds.

GBBusinesses beware!!! Businesses beware!!! For some reason, they are holding all transactions for all clients for 120 days.. Been using them for over 2 years with no disputes or chargebacks, but for some reason started this October, the started holding all transactions for 120 days..Class Act in the works.

GBIF ZERO WAS AN OPTION IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION, THIS WOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR IT. REFUNDED A CUSTOMER $1800 AFTER I SUBMITTED ALL MY STATE AND FEDERAL FILING PAPER WORK, INVOICE AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMER ON PAYMENT THEY SAID "Because of the proprietary nature of our review process, we are unable to share exact details." SWITCHED TO SQUARE FOR PROCESSING. WILL NEVER GO BACK. MAKES ME WANT TO LEAVE CHASE ENTIRELY.

GBfroze account, held funds for 3 YEARS They froze my account. Stopped my payments from coming to my bank, and are saying that they will hold my funds for 3 years for NO REASON GIVEN. Also their customer service is horrible
