GBHorrible experience Horrible experience, processed a single payment through them and was flagged immediately. They said they would hold my funds for 120 days and be closing my account. Was told that they wouldn't tell me why. Absolute garbage of a service and it has me looking a other banking options than chase for my business account. Glad I found out early before I actually used them more.

GBI would give them 0-Stars if I could I would give them 0-Stars if I could. Suddenly and for no reason that they would explain, they not only stopped accepting credit card payments from my customers but payments made by customers were refunded back to them. Sounds absurd because it is. Terrible company. They damaged my cash flow with their unjustifiable actions.

GBThese people are the worst These people are the worst. They make it almost impossible to work with them. First they take control of your money and will not release it until they are satisfied with all the unneccary documents they ask you to provide. I gave everything from Articles of Incrp, Sunbiz annual reports, licenses, utilities, etc..and they still refused to release my funds, ultimately telling me after a month of back and forth that they rejected my claim and will hold the money I earned for 120 Days before releasing it back to the client I serviced...which means I won't be able to go after those funds and walk away with nothing. Do not work with these vultures. These people deserve everything torturous that comes to them.

GBBusinesses beware!!! Businesses beware!!! For some reason, they are holding all transactions for all clients for 120 days.. Been using them for over 2 years with no disputes or chargebacks, but for some reason started this October, the started holding all transactions for 120 days..Class Act in the works.

GBBeware WePay We setup a new WePay account (through Freshbooks), and WePay held our first payment for over 7 days, & then decided to refund the payment without any exact reason. Here's the exact message they gave us (below): "We request that this payment be processed outside of WePay. Our banks and processors hold us to a strict guideline on what we can and cannot process through our site. Because of the proprietary nature of our review process, we are unable to share exact details." Shady, and shows ill-intent towards small business. Beware this company.
