Unauthorized charges I have 3 phone number on my service provider account. My husband and myself are the ONLY authorized people to do ANYTHING through the provider. Yet my sons number has been charged more than $1000 in subscription or applications WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION. I have emailed Boku 2x as instructed by my service provider. No reply as of today's date. How is this even possible? My service provider has now suspended our phones until we are able to clear all the accumulated charges

SCAM ARTISTS, ROBBING AND STEALING THROUGH CHILDRENS PHONES !!! How can a 9 year old take out a subscription to to netflix at £10.99 a month and another at £4.99 per month. What an absolute sham of company!! Like all other reviews here, I'm shocked this is allowed to happen and they are allowed to trade, continuing to cause misery to innocent folk through their kids phones.. should be shut down, obtaining money by deception and fraud. THEFT !!

My 12 year old daughter's phone has… My 12 year old daughter's phone has been fraudulently charged over £300 for play station purchases. The person at Boku insisted it was my daughters fault and said I needed to investigate and that she was unable help and could not process a refund as the charges were legitimately made. I asked to speak to her manager as this was not true as the charges were as a result of fraud. She refused to pass me to her manager and then terminated the call. I then called back and spoke to a helpful guy called AJ. He helped me straight away and sorted the refund. I feel sorry for companies where they are hiring the wrong people with terrible attitudes that spoil the reputation of the company and provide horrendous customer service. Had I not called back and spoken to AJ, this would not have been resolved. It should have been resolved the first time.

I’ve a bill of €243,00 I’ve a bill of €243,00. Without my permission you have charged this amount to my 11 years old mobile. And when raising the ticket you were saying that you cannot do anything about it! Bu block the number for making transaction which I did alreay make after I bacame aware. You cannot charge me anything without my consent! By readinf all the reviews, and with this approach I dont think you can go any further. I hope not many people will be impacted.

I have been charged £8.98 every month… I have been charged £8.98 every month for the past 4 months to something I never applied to! I tried blocking my number on Boku but I’ve still being charged even though it’s showing no payment history! Spoke to 3 and it’s definitely Boku that have been charging me! I have been advised to contact the police for fraud of Boku show lack of communication!
