GBDon't buy this collar Don't buy this collar. Not user friendly. I never actually used the collars and forgot I had signed up for a multi year subscription. Yes that is an additional cost. Thank goodness my card on file needed to be upgraded so they reached out via email. I responded no to the new subscription especially since I live in Spain where the App doesn't even work. I requested Whistle terminate my subscription immediately and send proof that it has been done and that my personal data has been removed from their databases. Ironically they have frozen my account where I wouldn't be able to access even if I wanted. Horrible customer support, no sense of urgency.

GBActive English Setter We love Whistle. We have a very active English Setter - both in daily activity, and in the field. Being a numbers person, it is cool to see the validation of his daily metrics. It is also reassuring that we are providing the best exercise, and that he is within the markers for drinking water, scratching and licking. The GPS is an added security, that we hope we NEVER have to use. Strongly recommend Whistle!

GBDon’t waste your money I bought Whistle for my 2 dogs and in less than a year the devices stopped working. I called them and they said that the only option was to purchase a new device since it was out of warranty (6 months warranty). I bought new devices for both of them and again both devices stopped working in less than a year after the purchase (8 months to be precise) and again I was told that the only option was to buy new devices for both of them. The second time the device was also not connecting with cell phone network so it never sent notification to my phone when they left safe place.

GBI like that I can monitor things like… I like that I can monitor things like how much time my dog spends drinking, how much exercise she gets (we have a fenced yard, so she is not totally dependent upon walks for exercise), and whether she is sleeping well. I also like that I can get information about how many calories she burns so that I can make sure that I am not over- or underfeeding her. And, since she's a Siberian Husky, I like that, if. she does escape, I can track her and get her back quickly. Recently, she opened the locked screen door and let herself out. I found her within a few minutes, but, unfortunately, not until she found the local skunk family.

ITDishonest behaviour Dishonest behaviour: they have been pulling 95,40 USD every year for 4 years from my card, despite I gave the device back a couple weeks after reception (Dec 2019), due to poor performance. Customer service forced us to download the app in order to cancel subscription but didn't give our money back. A subscription related only to a device that has been given back? There is no service without the device: what did I pay for? This is not honest! Stay away from this company!
