ITDishonest behaviour Dishonest behaviour: they have been pulling 95,40 USD every year for 4 years from my card, despite I gave the device back a couple weeks after reception (Dec 2019), due to poor performance. Customer service forced us to download the app in order to cancel subscription but didn't give our money back. A subscription related only to a device that has been given back? There is no service without the device: what did I pay for? This is not honest! Stay away from this company!

GBWeak straps, keep getting lost, poor customer service We’ve had the whistle tracker for about 8months, the strap design is so flimsy, it kept getting lost. We’re unable to find it this time - the proximity meter is very very weak. On the website it says to contact the support team in case you struggle to find it and all they said was they can’t help us and the warranty does not cover loss. The app is ok hence why 2stars but save yourself a lot of money and get more solid tracker.

GBWe bought this after a harrowing… We bought this after a harrowing experience where our golden took off for 2 1/2 hours from our yard after being frightened by a hot air balloon. I remain impressed by the cost of entry, tech, light weight collar attachment and overall responsiveness. The data reports on activity, sleep, etc. are a nice bonus and will provide a data driven record of our family pet's health trends and any changes in her routines.

GBDon’t waste your money I bought Whistle for my 2 dogs and in less than a year the devices stopped working. I called them and they said that the only option was to purchase a new device since it was out of warranty (6 months warranty). I bought new devices for both of them and again both devices stopped working in less than a year after the purchase (8 months to be precise) and again I was told that the only option was to buy new devices for both of them. The second time the device was also not connecting with cell phone network so it never sent notification to my phone when they left safe place.

GBWhen you can’t be with your dog 24/7 When you can’t be with your dog 24/7, you don’t really know what they’re going through in your absence. This Whistle technology has been very reassuring, letting me know how active, thirsty, or quiet my senior Labrador Pacey is while I’m away. He’s had some metabolic issues this summer, but seems to be doing much better. Pacey’s weekly reports from Whistle have shown improvement in his drinking, eating, scratching, and licking. Good to know!
