Fruit was bad quality and basket was flimsy. We ordered the large fruit basket which included a potted flowering plant and a candy and nut plate. Ordering was easy and the candy and nut plate was nice and delivered by Broadway Basketeer arrived on time. The fruit and flower basket which cost significantly more was not delivered and after complaining 2x, finally delivered but the fruit was not good quality and the basket was flimsy. Would not order from them again.

Ordered a peanut butter cup cheese cake… Ordered a peanut butter cup cheese cake to be delivered yesterday for my granddaughters birthday. It was not delivered as promised and there is no way to contact Broadway Basketeers.

Too late to count as Mishloach Manot My order was scheduled for delivery on Purim but it did not deliver intil the next day. It does not count for perfoming the mitzvah if it is a day late. I had to scramble last minute to give Mishloach Manot and this was going to my Rabbi.

Positively the worst!!!! Positively the worst!!!!! Lied to me about ship date, delivered basked three days late and the person it was intended for had left the country. Awful customer service with nothing but excuses and total failure to admit responsibility even though provided tracking number proved that they were dishonest.

Order did not arrive in time, terrible cusotmer service Ordered plenty in advance for a gift to be delivered on October 17th for my mother's 80th birthday. The item did not arrive until late in the evening on October 18th. Customer support (email only) blamed it on UPS and said they would 'talk internally about how to improve processes.' That didn't help me at all. Customer service was supposed to give me a personal call - they never did. They only refunded the shipping fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need your gift to arrive on a certain date. Poor customer service. Why have specific delivery dates if you can't guarantee arrival???? Will NEVER use this company again. Beware.
