I have been scammed out of £89 when I… I have been scammed out of £89 when I renewed my driving licence. I did not sign up for the admin fee and never had the opportunity to cancel the sibscription. No email reminders were sent to me. Please reimburse my £89 immediately or I will take further stepsm to recover this amount

PEOPLE BEWARE!! PEOPLE BEWARE!!! Took two amounts of £89 from my credit card that I didn't authorise. They are scammers. Thankfully my credit card company have opened a fraudulent dispute with them and returned my money.

However, by checking on your application, I can see that your driving licence has been processed through our care and is completed. Therefore, can no longer be cancelled. Your online reference number is FPCT-*********** If you want the £34 government fee refunded, you should contact DVLA because the government fee is paid to them, not us. We cannot refund anything we do not hold.
