However, by checking on your application, I can see that your driving licence has been processed through our care and is completed. Therefore, can no longer be cancelled. Your online reference number is FPCT-*********** If you want the £34 government fee refunded, you should contact DVLA because the government fee is paid to them, not us. We cannot refund anything we do not hold.

A SCAM A SCAM. It is the first item that comes up on Google when you type in DVLA on a search. So check and avoid this website Please don't give away your identity and risk losing money. I don't know why Google lets this happen. N.B. I see there is another company called Living Made Easy which sells wheelchairs and other devices to help with daily living. My review is not about this company who may, unfortunately, now be tarnished by the activities of the other similarly named company.

Received exactly the same response that others have. Basically it’s your own fault for not reading the small print so they won’t refund. These scum should be shut down. !!!
