Customer service has been patient and kind as we learned the system, asked tons of questions and initiated standards to insure easy, yet safe, access to our building for guests, staff and volunteers. Service has been consistent in following up on issues and doing whatever they can to address them and helping us to understand the significance of issues. They know what they're doing and are good at doing it!

GBAlarm response call problem We have had no issues until the other day when my wife tried to set the system and screwed it up prompting the alarm and a call to me at a remote location. The person who called kept asking for the password on the account to shut the system down and prevent a police response. I had no idea what the account password was and could not prevent the police response. I then got a call from my wife, who was panicking. She does not usually set our alarm to leave the house and screwed it up. She had tried to call the company and the number was not covered at the time. I immediately told her how to reset the keypad to turn off the alarm. I called back the alarm system number that had called me and found out that the password was actually the "keypad" pass code, which of course I knew. If this was explained at the time of the first call, the whole problem could have been averted.

GBI employed sentry security to install… I employed sentry security to install surveillance cameras at my home and business. The installation was fast and efficient. However I was sold the cameras would have 180 degree views but they are only 120 degrees. I was sold that I would be shown how to use the system but I wasn’t. One year later I still haven’t been show how to use the system. I call to get instruction in how to fix my sound. The person at sentry told me they would call me Monday at 10 am. I wasn’t and two weeks later still haven’t received a phone call. There is no service after the sale. I tried to write a review on their website but it wouldn’t let me submit (as a paying customer). I still don’t know how to operate the system and haven’t been called or checked on to see if my system is running properly. I was scheduled to receive two more cameras but declined because of dissatisfaction and no customer service.

GBVery responsive Very responsive. I like being able to run all my accessories through one source - Sentry and their app. I have a full in house security system, front door lock, video doorbell, garage doors, thermostat, and water sensor. I highly recommend.

GBGot us up and running on the new system with no issues. Technician was able to tie into our existing wiring and get us up and running within two visits.
