GBI needed support they took 2 days to… I needed support because my products were not sinking. They took 2 days to get back to me and fix the problem. This means my shipment will be delayed. A chat and phone support would give your clients a more efficient experience.

CATheyve gone downhill, 0 customer support, empty promises their system has been down for 2 months. their last update was a month ago stating they would be up and running again in a week or so. 0 reply from customer service regarding any update on the situation. Meanwhile we're still being charged each month for a service that is not up and running. I've since switched to Nemoship after being fed up with their customer service.

GBCustomer support is non-existent Customer support is non-existent. No reply to two support tickets. Signed up for free trial, my ASINs never did sync properly. The trial was up after the three days and no update from the sync and no response from CS. Terrible CS.
