GBRiver Point Chicago-Teagan Since starting with Array Sports in May my time at Servcorp has been incredible. The amenities are second to none from the common area meeting space to the kitchen and facilities. Servcorps support team has been nothing but helpful. Specifically Teagan who has helped our team with an array of different tasks that have made some of the day to day stuff easier.

GBStay away from Servcorp. Servcorp should be re-branded at ScamCorp! You will be scammed!! This business is an absolute scam. Please read all the reviews here. You will see two common deceptive practices by Servcorp all with an INTENT to cheat: 1. You will not get your deposit back. Every business which gives them 60-day notice will still not receive it's deposit back because of Clause 13F. This basically gives them the rights to charge whatever fee for "office refurbishment" which is usually the security deposit you paid. 2. They will automatically renew for 6 months even if you only signed up for a specific number of months. I have used many co-working spaces in New York but have never experienced anything like this. They use sophisticated fraudulent practices with the INTENT to cheat. Besides these practices, there will also be over-charging for everything from using printers or any other service. Stay away from this business. Go to WeWork or any other co-working space. There was also the constant turnover of staff. I am not sure how their employees are able to conduct fraud with a straight face.

AUServcorp is an integral part of my global business I have been with Servcorp for 2 years now. My home base is Nishi Building, Canberra Australia. My business focuses on Australia, NZ and North America. In March I used the Dallas, Texas and New York offices. That's what I love about Servcorp, excellent locations, excellent service and it is just like having my own offices every where I go. Why invest in bricks and mortar when you can have seamless global convenience. Steve Gregory, CEO - Black Bull Performance Group.

GBNOT RECOMMENDED!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! I had the worse experience with their downtown Los Angeles office. I was over charged each month. Charged for anything and everything, including each time they greeted my clients. The staff made fun of my clients who were disabled, gay or otherwise. Worse experience of my life and I had the largest suite in that office. And to think I bought gifts from Tiffany & Co. for entire staff. Smh

GBWe HAD an office but terminated our relationship with SERVCORP We had an office at Servcorp Bank of America Center and the building is one of the best in Houston, but the experience with Servcorp soured this greatly. Appearances are great, but staff turnover creates issues, further complicated by the management. They are greatly overpriced with lease terns designed to maximize their billing to their client and added expenses just to leave upon completion of the lease term. AVOID SERVCORP AT ALL COSTS IN HOUSTON.
