AUServcorp is an integral part of my global business I have been with Servcorp for 2 years now. My home base is Nishi Building, Canberra Australia. My business focuses on Australia, NZ and North America. In March I used the Dallas, Texas and New York offices. That's what I love about Servcorp, excellent locations, excellent service and it is just like having my own offices every where I go. Why invest in bricks and mortar when you can have seamless global convenience. Steve Gregory, CEO - Black Bull Performance Group.

GBI had the most difficult time getting Deposit back ! … I had the most difficult time trying to get my deposit back from Dina Khadum, manager for Al Habtoor Marina branch, United Arab Emirates while working online remote, traveling. Extremely unnecessary. Sending fifteen emails and ten plus calls and sending someone on behalf. The requests are not honored and complied. Makes me never want to work at this company's offices ever again, nor recommend this company for work space to anyone, which is a shame for them as I know a lot of people who work remote in UAE. They have to pass through the fires of **** to get back their deposit, rightfully fairly owed to them ! One of my pet peeves is chasing deposits. This manager caused me strife to chase them, they always pretend they didn't receive anything. Very unprofessional customer service that claims to be good customer service, and no main customer service phone number for this company so watch out before joining them.

FRToo many hidden costs Too many hidden costs, very poor onsite management. Managers have no clue and copy past what ever is dictated to them from hierarchy !

GBBy closing your office with less than… By closing your office with less than 30 days of notice to your tenants, many of whom were long-term like my office, you lost my vote of confidence to return if you decide to expand again.

SGBad experience with Servcorp I had a very bad experience with Servcorp. The good reviews are because incentives is given to write them. It has shocking hidden costs they charge extra one month rent just to "refurbish" the area. I was unwilling to pay but they deduct my deposit. Also, they try to dig your monies in all aspects. ie. the secretary helping to open the door they charge $30. It was overall a very bad experience. You may go there if you have too much cash to spare.
