Hold domain name hostage. Don’t use their services I would rate them a minus 1 star if I could. Their auto renewal of domains does not work Their customer support does not respond to tickets for days They lock your domain up but will not renew it. Close tickets without follow up with customer. Worst service ever. I wish I had not joined their service, but they now hold my domain name hostage.

This company and hosting site is out of… This company and hosting site is out of their minds. After they dropped my site for non-payment, then were shown they were paid, still didn't bring the site back. Then we tried to cancel service, they bill me and bill me despite 8 requests to cancel the service and stop billing me.
