GBHold domain name hostage. Don’t use their services I would rate them a minus 1 star if I could. Their auto renewal of domains does not work Their customer support does not respond to tickets for days They lock your domain up but will not renew it. Close tickets without follow up with customer. Worst service ever. I wish I had not joined their service, but they now hold my domain name hostage.

CAExcellent service! My server was a hot mess. MySQL was completely dead until Greg and his team swooped in and revived it! I’m 100% satisfied with the work they did and I can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a jam! If you’re looking for a great server admin then look no further!

GBOur non-profit was with a website host… Our non-profit was with a website host for more than 14 years. When they became 'big' and were bought by an international concern, the 'customer service' we enjoyed by sending an email OR by picking up a phone when necessary - became non-existent. In searching for a new website host, we went to Tech Soup (a resource network for non-profit organizations) recommended MightWeb as a website host, we initiated contact via email and phone. What a surprise to actually receive a phone call from Greg Reed (management). He has helped us move websites and domain names and ensured our safety overall. Contact is easy and responsive. A real gem in this age of technology. We like to call them MIGHT(Y) WEB!!!

AUAvoid at all costs I've previously used MightWeb in the past and the service was excellent. I've recently come back to them and it is a completely different story. On the reseller hosting page they offer a free whmcs license, but once you ask them about it they state they don't do it anymore. Which is completely misleading as the pages has not been changed to reflect that. I bought the service with the intent on getting the whmcs license Included, after support told me it is not included anymore I asked for a refund. I was denied a refund which was extremely frustrating. They stated that the whmcs license was given for free so the service was delivered and not eligible, but by not providing the license then you are not completely delivering the service I am paying for. It would of been PROFESSIONAL for the company to admit the mistake, change the Web page and also offer a refund as this was false advertising. Avoid at all costs. It's a shame because MightWeb was really good before.

GBThis company and hosting site is out of… This company and hosting site is out of their minds. After they dropped my site for non-payment, then were shown they were paid, still didn't bring the site back. Then we tried to cancel service, they bill me and bill me despite 8 requests to cancel the service and stop billing me.
