GBThey steal your money I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company's billing practices and lack of customer support. I signed up for your free trial with the intention of evaluating the service before committing to a paid subscription. However, when I attempted to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period, I was unable to do so. Despite my repeated efforts to contact customer support team via Facebook chat, I have not received any assistance. I have provided proof that your website indicates I do not have a premium account, yet I was still charged for a subscription. As a consumer, I am appalled by this company's lack of transparency and responsiveness. The absence of a live customer service call center is unacceptable, especially when faced with billing issues. I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount charged to my account.

GBDon't look for a job on here! From a person who is looking to get a job with LinkedIn this is a joke. Most jobs after being posted for 1 day receives over 100 applications leaving you not even a chance. I've never even gotten a call back or a look at my resume. Just CEOs and other large corps bragging about how great they are doing. As of today I am deleting the app.

CHAvoid premium.. not worth it I don’t recommend LinkedIn premium.. the features were not very useful and I was not notified when my ‘free’ trail was about to end. I was stuck with a large bill which I would have happily avoided.

GBvery disappointing! My LinkedIn profile is restricted! The reason given is probably a post, which I can't even see as I can't open my LinkedIn now. LinkedIn team could have at least given me a warning or send me a message to remove the post instead of blocking my account like this. I am a freelancer recruiter, that's my only source of income and LinkedIn is my only source for my job. Please activate my account as soon as possible. I have many urgent messages to reply and work to do. I have deadlines to meet. There is no helpline phone number or email to seek help! the help center is useless. Contact us option I can't use, as for that I have to login first. which I can't ! all the ways to get help are blocked! I can't loose my LinkedIn account, I have a network of 450 people who are important for my job.

GBMy company pays for a premium Linkedin… My company pays for a premium Linkedin recruiter service and it isnt working. Cannot communicate with anyone, they dont respond to emails and no direct telephone number. Terrible service
