Horrible By far the worst employment platform there is. Rude members. No, really rude members. No, you still don’t get it. I mean these people, if you met them on the street, they would probably physically harm you out of desperation for a job. Scams everywhere. Posts that claim to be helpful but are a joke. How are they even in business right now?

Job post promotion. Free trial SCAM, no way of cancelling I feel I have been scammed by this company. I have clicked on a free trial to promote a job post for three days. Then I wanted to cancel before the renewal but this was not possible from the website. At the moment is not even possible for me to remove my card, which make them liable for having my card details without my permission; I am very concerned and worried about the safety of my card details with a unreliable company who act this way. I will NEVER promote any job post with Linkedin anymore for my company and will inform my company colleagues about this scam. This is a completely unfair process. Very bad marketing strategy from Linkedin.

A paradise for scammers I’ve actually been experiencing this for over ten years now thanks to dice, monster, careerbuilder, and all the other dead job boards. Indeed and LinkedIn have become the newest and more prominent sources of these scams. Ever since I graduated, I have seen the same job posts from recruiters not located in the US claiming to have intel on a job with Chase Bank or CitiBank. They used to ask for the last four of a social but now they’ve stopped or will probably ask for it in a later step. These jobs are always the same description, same unrealistic high salary, and same location. They don’t even attempt to change it up apart from not including the bank company. I’ve reported these jobs to indeed and LinkedIn and they refuse to do anything about them. I made the mistake of giving one of these “jobs” my contact information as it’s required to apply on LinkedIn. I didn’t realize until after that it was a scam. This company immediately closed the job and called me with the same scam. LinkedIn always says it’s not a violation of the terms of service. However, I have direct confirmation from these banks that these jobs are scams, yet they popup every two weeks! In addition to these identity thieves, there’s now marketing scumbags who are posting fake jobs in every field and every city. These are clearly attempts to promote their app and get people to signup for their email list. If you google these companies, they have negative reviews and people exposing them as scams. I report each of these companies I see them clog up my search results on LinkedIn, but every time I’m met with the same automated message that it’s not a violation of the terms of service. That paired with no option to block a whole company page from contacting you or showing up in your search results are extremely frustrating. It’s only a matter of time before this site goes the way of monster, careerbuilder, and dice.
