NEGATIVE REVIEWS NOT GETTING THRU I spent time to write a thoughtful, specific 2☆ (negative) review on MAYTAG website. Unfortunately, they use BAZAARVOICE to manage these reviews. I was sent a link to "CONFIRM SUBMISSION" hours later. PROBLEM: THE LINK NEVER CONNECTS! I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER AN HOUR. WHAT A SCAM likely using an algorithm that id's negative reviews. WHAT ELSE ARE WE TO ASSUME? I am sure this is why reviews are showing more positive than they should be. I am, also, sure that if this was a positive review their would be no issues.

I left a review for a Sport Direct… I left a review for a Sport Direct purchase, which criticised the courier service. The product was fine, somehow! My review was "moderated" which is just unrequired censorship. I won't review anything using Bazaar Voice again.
