Shady... Don't give them your contact details! I never gave this "company" my details, however, after making a purchase from ASDA they shared my contact details with them. I contacted bazaarvoice on their customer care address and asked them to remove my contact details from their system and stop sending me spam. They never got back, and the spam continues. This is just a shady group of people, and if somehow get hold of your details good luck trying to get in touch with them Product review emails ARE a marketing tool, and as such, are banned unless you have explicitly opted-in. Please report any unwanted email messages to the ICO, so that they can ultimately get fined and stop abusing people's contact details. Shameful

Illegal Activity In accordance to the CAN-SPAM ACT; a consumer is legally allowed to be instantly removed from a mailing list. A serves that uses Bazaarvoice.com, has sent me multiple email, and each time I have blocked and selected unsubscribe, and I get an error from there system saying that something went wrong. Please try again later. Yet they still send me emails no matter how many times I try, I tried calling them directly, and they said since I wasn't their 'client' they couldn't do anything about it. Which they are in direct violation of the above law.

Worst experience ever. Worst experience ever. They make no effort to work with you once you sign on. They care only about the bottom line. Not impressed and once we get out of the contract, we will stay far far away. It's no wonder they are falling behind in the industry.
