I left genuine review for sportsdirect I left genuine review for sportsdirect, which in turn is managed by Bazaarvoice and they didn't approve review by saying "Your review cannot be approved at this time because it: directs business away" What is that? So we can only give positive reviews. What a mis use of genuine reviews. Bazarvoice Company have no ethics and they are not genuine review management company. Please learn something from trustpilot. Shady... Don't give them your contact details! I never gave this "company" my details, however, after making a purchase from ASDA they shared my contact details with them. I contacted bazaarvoice on their customer care address and asked them to remove my contact details from their system and stop sending me spam. They never got back, and the spam continues. This is just a shady group of people, and if somehow get hold of your details good luck trying to get in touch with them Product review emails ARE a marketing tool, and as such, are banned unless you have explicitly opted-in. Please report any unwanted email messages to the ICO, so that they can ultimately get fined and stop abusing people's contact details. Shameful

I left a review for a Sport Direct… I left a review for a Sport Direct purchase, which criticised the courier service. The product was fine, somehow! My review was "moderated" which is just unrequired censorship. I won't review anything using Bazaar Voice again.
