If your business doesn't subscribe to their service they will deliberately push the bad reviews to the top and bury most of the positive reviews. a quick look at some very popular stores that do and don't use their service will reveal the truth

Reseller ratings is fake Reseller ratings is fake. I posted a negative review of a seller. It doesnt show up. I read 2 recent negative postings with 1 star. Yet the summary page shows no 1 star reviews and all are 5 stars. Clearly it is a fake web site. Dont bother looking at the reviews. It clearly is out to make money from companies by showing only 5 star rating and deleting negative postings. That is the way they make money. Oh, and if you find a store that recommends this website, stay away from them!

Resellerrating Removed my One Star Review Submitted a review on resellerratings and it was posted almost immediately. However, after two weeks or so, it disappeared. I submitted the same review and it has not appeared for over a week. Asked resellerratings what is up and have not heard from them. My beef was with HyundaiPartsDeal.com because the wrong part was sent and they would not refund or exchange because it was an electrical part. Their website stated the part fits my car as per my VIN#. It does not.

Don't like it. You asked for my opinion on a reseller, I have it, then it said a minimum of 25 characters, that's bull, I shouldn't have to more than what I want to say to write a review of a company. Your forcing people to write crap they do not want, if they want to write more, fine, but don't tell them they have to write a certain amount to appease you.
