Trap FactoryOutletStore.com, Scammers, products are outdated items, returns are charged and there's a language barrier for English speaking customers. Highly recommend and suggest that you avoid purchasing anything from them but if you feel that you really want to PLEASE read some reviews before making a purchase. This is where I messed up. Learn from my mistake and save your money and the frustration. A thrift store is better than this.

A good place for customers to rate the site/products sold there I've only a not-so-smartphone to do any/all web activity, and have been asked before to write reviews concerning sites from whom I've purchased from! I had to edit my rating since any quotation marks I used, were printed as jumbled up letters/characters-up to 4 to 8 units in length when it was printed prior to completing the written portion of the review. I don't know if this was due to my "not-so-smartphone" or not! Otherwise, it's a great way for potential customers to get an idea of what any site has and how they operate! Don't like it. You asked for my opinion on a reseller, I have it, then it said a minimum of 25 characters, that's bull, I shouldn't have to more than what I want to say to write a review of a company. Your forcing people to write crap they do not want, if they want to write more, fine, but don't tell them they have to write a certain amount to appease you.

Merchants should avoid Reseller Ratings! Wrote a glowing review for the stellar service provided by woodworkers express. Went to post it, Reseller ratings asked for my email address. I entered my email address, then it asked for a password, I have never heard from reseller ratings before this, didn’t have a password / login. Reseller ratings did give the option to log in using google or facebook, one should never accept this as it can give a shady operation like reseller ratings access to a great deal of personal information. So I did the forgot password routine, created a password, went back, Reseller ratings had deleted my review! Thus the 1 star for this crappy service.

Fake af. I'm 99.999% sure this website is a scam. I recently had a horrid interaction with the worst customer service rep on the planet, from Adept Powersports. According to Reseller Ratings, this lovely company gets 4.2 stars! According to every other website (google, Yelp, trustpilot, etc) they get between 1-2!! And even that's too high. And these lunatics use this "4.2 star" rating as an advertising point on their website to lure wary customers in. Thus, I must conclude, RR is a lie.
