Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered a record in November... It's now April. It still hasn't arrived, nor have I received any updates or clarification. I have contacted customer services multiple times to be told that they are waiting on the manufacturer? Don't advertise or sell products you don't have and have no plans on having then! It's an absolute joke. They have no sense of urgency, or business sense in general it would seem. Shame. Avoid at all costs unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.

Do they ever actually send you what you bought? They say 5-7 business days but I have orders I placed in July and August of 2023 that still haven’t been processed. When I’ve reached out, they have a “what are you going to do” attitude about it. Here’s an idea, don’t sell stuff you don’t have, or if you have it like your website says, send it.
