Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered a record in November... It's now April. It still hasn't arrived, nor have I received any updates or clarification. I have contacted customer services multiple times to be told that they are waiting on the manufacturer? Don't advertise or sell products you don't have and have no plans on having then! It's an absolute joke. They have no sense of urgency, or business sense in general it would seem. Shame. Avoid at all costs unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.

I've called many times and have spoken with six or seven "receptionists" all of whom stated they would send a priority email to "the team." I've received no contact from the team or merch bar, I've not received my order and no one I've spoken to can refund my money.
