Problems with cancelling trial membership I cancelled my trial before it expired, but was still charged for a year of Business plan and the company is ignoring my messages completely (not responding in any way). Reading the other reviews here, I can see I'm not alone. Stay away from this website. Edit - I received my refund and was given 6 months of free Business plan to make up for the experience. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars and may revise it again as time goes by.

Are they out of business Are they out of business? I'm now left with a $199 bill because they won't post my receipt and my company won't reimburse without it. DON"T USE! Something happened in 2020 and it's no longer a good service. They even stopped monitoring their own TWITTER account for complaints. Sad day. I'd love to know how to report them for fraud.

Like so many others Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel. I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata). I checked both Sharel and affogata social channels and they have been silent since early 2020. Is anyone even manning this communit ship?
