AUProblems with cancelling trial membership I cancelled my trial before it expired, but was still charged for a year of Business plan and the company is ignoring my messages completely (not responding in any way). Reading the other reviews here, I can see I'm not alone. Stay away from this website. Edit - I received my refund and was given 6 months of free Business plan to make up for the experience. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars and may revise it again as time goes by.

If you rely on your social networks for your professional success you're being negligent if you don't use Commun.it.

GBCommun.it is probably one of the best… Commun.it is probably one of the best tools I've found to manage a Twitter account. The dashboard is data-packed and all-inclusive, giving you a nice "single pane of glass" for managing your social presence. In an age of flat, sparse UIs optimized for the lowest common denominator user, having something awesome for power users is a rare fit. I'm hardly a large enterprise, barely a small business (really just a casual streamer with a social presence), and I'd recommend it to everyone.

GBI have emailed numerous times to no… I have emailed numerous times to no avail...I am disappointed and will not use them as there is no trust in their service or back end...as they say and claim to have....pathetic they are....

GBUnresponsive support tickets and service has gone downhill Like many others, I'm trying to cancel my account but haven't received any answer to my many support tickets. They don't let you have the option to cancel your subscription yourself, you have to send a support request in order to cancel. Because I have little to no confidence that they will actually respond to my cancel requests, I've had my bank to stop any automatic payments. My renew date is approaching soon, I hope that I won't be charged.
