GBthe customer service is very responsive… the customer service is very responsive and resolves all issues. however the campaigns within the app do not always record my miles which is why I have to contact customer support

GB3 campaigns completed I've completed 3 campaigns so far in the past 2 years. I wish there were more avail but not Wrapify's fault. It's easy and fun and I explore new areas sometimes I wouldn't otherwise drive around. It would be nice to see itemized paycheck or have something that shows what time of day is paying the most and what rate to ensure we are making the appropriate amount rather than just trusting the system which sometimes has issues with tracking. Wrapify has been great to follow up on miles if there's an issue. Reps are always fast to respond for any questions I have. I highly recommend this company over others.

GBNeed more offers on the app… It is good because it is supplemental income and the app tracks mileage pretty well. The issue is not getting an offer. More offers need to be generated.

GBI don’t recieve campaigns and the app… I don’t recieve campaigns and the app says my vehicle isn’t registered on the app, and I’ve gotten in touch with support and they tell me it is connected. I believe I haven’t recieved a campaign in over 6 months because of this issue.

GBGPS is terrible The gps constantly did not track location correctly and had to keep requesting for an adjustment. Ended up spending half my time tracking my own miles until it became too much of a hassle and I decided to just stop tracking and ultimately lose money from it. I wouldn’t use Wrapify again. Look for another company that has better tracking of the Milage.
