GBthe customer service is very responsive… the customer service is very responsive and resolves all issues. however the campaigns within the app do not always record my miles which is why I have to contact customer support

GBNeed more offers on the app… It is good because it is supplemental income and the app tracks mileage pretty well. The issue is not getting an offer. More offers need to be generated.

GBI didn’t get paid I did 3 swarms and didn’t get paid…I was told by Wrapify that my case was being escalated and that they would get back yo me, but as of today, I have not gotten paid! I sent pictures of my car and others during the swarm as they requested and they have not paid me yet

GBVery inconsistent Very inconsistent. No regular schedule Little warning of new gigs. App doesn’t work well. Doesn’t record mileage accurately. Reps rarely have any useful info to share. Other drivers say they were underpaid

GBI don’t recieve campaigns and the app… I don’t recieve campaigns and the app says my vehicle isn’t registered on the app, and I’ve gotten in touch with support and they tell me it is connected. I believe I haven’t recieved a campaign in over 6 months because of this issue.
