GBA Solid POS Program with Good Support In initially choosing InfoTouch, our company found them to be honest and upfront about what their program could do and couldn't do for us. Our salesperson (Danny) spent as much time with us as needed to show us not only how the software works, but how it would work for our business. We have been using InfoTouch now 18 months as of this review and have no regrets. The register program has been easy to use and newbies pick it up pretty quickly. Back office usage works well. No software is perfect and any issues we have had have been quickly dealt with via their support. Support was friendly and helpful with our initial training and continues to be so as well.

GBI called my CC processing company… I called my CC processing company Worldpay to close my account. I was informed that I would have to go through InfoTouch. I have never had any dealing with InfoTouch. They did not sell me my pos equipment nor service same. Until this point I had never heard of InfoTouch. I suggest that they are crooked in their business dealings. Prove me wrong. You do not answer phone calls at any of your numbers or extensions.

GBInfoTouch has provided excellent… InfoTouch has provided excellent customer service and tech support assistance in my first year with them. They've worked with me to provide many specialized features I've needed for my small butcher shop and store.

GBOut of State Set Up We had a very supportive team helping us set up the system. They responded to issues speedily and with professionalism. Considering that everything had to be done over the phone, they did an excellent job overcoming the geographic challenges. They would have had five stars except for the hours of availability: Theirs's is not a 24 hours support line. So any crisis that occurred outside of office hours did not receive their attention until the next business day. Otherwise, they were a great team, always very friendly and encouraging and I would definitely recommend them.
