Anytime I need help tryng to get a hold of a live person is non existent, and if so they switch you over to a rabbit hole to someone who never answers. They always say sorry wrong dept will switch you over lol. I had to renew My license and followed the instructions on the screen to call and advisor for a code. No one there. Shortly after I did get an email with the code and seems to be ok for now. I emailed back to thank them , the repy was dont respond to us here . If you are used to awesome customer service stay away from this platform.

Their software, hardware and amazing support team have been an integral part of our meat processing, Sausage production, retail, wholesale and catering business for over five years. The ease of use and reliability of the POS system is fantastic. The software covers all facets of our business with the touch of a screen; from scheduling and time clocks to inventory and checkout. We are excited to continue our journey with Info Touch and their team for years to come as we continue to grow and look forward to expanding and upgrading our system in the near future.

One and half months after implementing… One and half months after implementing InfoTouch, a few minor glitches that are being supported in a professional manner at this time. I believe that different businesses bring other challenges to InfoTouch, which they are not afraid to take on and help modernize the system. Would like to see reports able to filter and query for more depth data. Would like to see InfoTouch work smoother with other accounting software, and for InfoTouch to offer other alternatives to merchant services. Overall great group of individuals to work with and excited on future use.

I haven't been with infotouch on a one… I haven't been with infotouch on a one to one basis for long only about a year,(we had gone thru a second party for about 8 years) but Alden has been most helpful and is always quick to respond to my questions and I really appreciate that in a service. Here's to many more years together.

We are happy with the Info Touch POS… We are happy with the Info Touch POS terminals. We have had them for a few years now without any major problems.
