I've been using ui8 for a couple of years I've been using ui8 for a couple of years now and the quality of assets is one of the best you can find online. I have just recently purchased another yearly subscription and was faced with an issue where I wasn't able to access the platform due to verification emails not arriving at my inbox. Eli was really helpful and solved my issue in less than 5 minutes after bringing it up. Really good experience :)

Great platform for buying and getting… Great platform for buying and getting UI kits and templates. Now i prefer going to UI8 for buying kits and themes. Customer support is especially great. I had an amazing support experience with Eli.

Tricky auto renew scam..... Same as a few others complaints..... auto renewal not clear when you purchase a 3 month all access pass. There is a tiny remember my payment details checkbox that you can hardly notice (not a bad design idea and UX to scam you into paying twice). Support non existent when trying to resolve issue.

Agree with the other reviews. Alike all the other comments. It is difficult to find the unsubscribe button and its not very clear that it will just automatically charge your card. You can remove your payment method and apparently, there is a button on the your purchases page although I did not see it when I was looking to cancel. Just a tip, that the cancel button makes sense to be on the plans page - funny that they didn't think of that being a UI designing company. Also, big tip - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Although, the customer service rep did answer all my questions within a day.
